Environmental Assessments and Authorizations: SEA - EIA - IPPC Permit

In the Forms section of the Environmental Assessment portal the following standard forms to start EIA procedures, pursuant to Decree 163/2006 and subsequent amendments, are available:

- EIA application (articles 165 and 183 of Decree 163/2006 as amended)
- Notice to the public (article 183 of Decree 163/2006 as amended)
- EIA Compliance (articles 166 and 185 of Decree 163/2006 as amended)
- Unsubstantial project changes  (art.169 of Decree 163/2006 as amended)

For EIA procedures under art.23 of Decree 152/2006 as amended:

• The updating of the form for the presentation of the EIA application (annexes to EIA application, paragraph 9)
• The new form for the preparation of the list of environmental permits or agreements, concessions, licenses, opinions, clearances and consents however denominated in environmental matters already acquired or to be acquired necessary for the construction and operation of the work or installation required pursuant to art. 23, paragraph 2 of Decree 152/2006 as amended
• The new form for the preparation of the extract of EIA decision to be published by the developer in the Official Gazette of the Italian Republic, under Article 27 C.1 of Decree152/2006 as amended
