SEA procedure of regional air quality Plan of Tuscany - Comments of the Ministry of the Environment

The Ministry of the Environment, under the SEA Procedure carried out by the Region of Tuscany on its proposal of a new regional air quality Plan, has submitted to the regional regional authority for adoption, its comments on the SEA Report in accordance with article 14 of Legislative Decree 152/2006. Comments take into account contributions collected from the General Directorates of the Ministry of the Environment and from ISPRA acquired under the SEA inter-directorate Working Group established for consultations provided for in regional SEA procedures.
