SEA procedure of updating of the Lombardy Regional Spatial Plan, according to the regional law 31/2014 - Comments of the Ministry of the Environment

The Ministry of the Environment, under the SEA Procedure carried out by the Region of Lombardy on the updating of the Regional Spatial Plan, according to the regional law 31/2014 "Provisions for reducing soil consumption and reclamation of degraded soil", has submitted to the regional authority for adoption, its comments on the SEA Report in accordance with article 14 of Legislative Decree 152/2006. Comments, take into account contributions collected from the General Directorates of the Ministry of the Environment and from ISPRA, acquired under the SEA inter-directorate Working Group established for consultations in regional SEA procedures.
