CReIAMO PA Project - Translation of the European Commission's guidance on the preparation of the Environmental Impact Assessment Report (Directive 2011/92/EU as amended by 2014/52/EU)

The document prepared within the activities of the Intervention Line LQS1 of the CReIAMO PA Project, Activity AQS1.1 “Strengthen of the competences and quality of technical documentation”, represents the unofficial Italian translation of the guidance document published by the European Commission on 2017 "Environmental Impact Assessments of Projects - Guidance on the preparation of the Environmental Impact Assessment Report (Directive 2011/92/EU as amended by 2014/52/EU)".
The European Commission's guidance document aims at supporting developers and consultants in the preparation of good quality Environmental Impact Assessment Reports as well as guiding competent authorities and other interested parties in the Reports’ review, ensuring that the best possible information is made available during the decision-making processes.
The Italian translation aims at promoting the dissemination and the use of the European Commission's guidance document for the correct implementation of the provisions introduced by the 2014/52/EU Directive concerning the contents and the quality of the Environmental Impact Assessment Reports, transposed by Legislative Decree 104/2017 (article 22 and Annex VII to the Second Part of the Legislative Decree 152/2006), pending the adoption of national guidelines and technical requirements, in implementation of article 25, paragraph 4, of Legislative Decree 104/2017.
