Concluded the legislative process of the EIA Screening guidelines within the Parliament

The Environment Commissions of the Chamber of Deputies and the Senate delivered their opinion on the draft of the ministerial decree laying down “Guidelines for the EIA screening of projects falling within the competence of the Regions and Autonomous Provinces" provided for in Article 15 of Law Decree 91/2014.

The Minister will be issuing soon the final decision.
