Notice on the functioning of the certified e-mail address of the Directorate-General for Environmental Assessments and Authorizations of the Ministry of the Environment

It is reported that in the last few days the certified e-mail address of the Directorate-General for Environmental Assessments and Authorizations of the Ministry of the Environment (dgsalvaguardia.ambientale@pec.minambiente.it) has not been fully operational. For this reason, for the procedures in consultation stage (EIA, EIA- Strategic works Law 443/2001, EIA Screening, SEA) the comments submitted after the deadline will be also taken into account.
