Transboundary consultations on the Rationalization of the High Voltage electricity grid in the area of Val Formazza and Interconnector Italy-Switzerland

On the 29th September, 2014 the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Italian Republic has notified to the Embassy of the Swiss Confederation the start of the “Rationalization of the High Voltage electricity grid in the area of Val Formazza and Interconnector Italy-Switzerland” EIA procedure pursuant to the Espoo Convention. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs invites the Swiss Authorities competent in environmental matters to communicate their interest to participate in the EIA procedure within 30 days.
