Comparative analysis of the EIA governance in EU

The Italian Ministry of the Environment, within the framework of the National Plan of Governance and Action (PON GAS 2007-2013 Action 7 B) has drawn up a sector study concerning a comparative analysis of the governance of the EIA process in the EU countries with a special focus on Italy, France, Germany, England and Spain.

The study is aimed at examining in detail how other EU countries carry out the EIA process.
