Abstract The guidance document is about EIS Report in environmental impact assessment (EIA). The new guideline updates and integrates the guideline already issued in 2001 to ensure the necessary consistency with the new provisions of Directive 2014/52/EU. EIS Report is the process of establishing whether the environmental information submitted by a developer to a competent authority, as part of an EIA procedure, is adeguate to inform the decision on development consent.
