Description: The completion of the over-billow pier provides for the extension of the outer breakwater for a total length of 250 m and the restoration of the breakwater’s pier, while the completion of the under-billow pier provides for the extension of the inner breakwater to 430 m, the construction of a commercial area and the adjustment of the tourist wharf.
