Il Ministero degli Affari Esteri e della Cooperazione Internazionale ha notificato l'avvio della procedura di VAS ai sensi del Protocollo VAS alla Convenzione di Espoo alla Francia, Austria e Svizzera (in data 31/08/2015) alla Slovenia (in data 02/09/2015), alla Grecia e a Malta (in data 17/11/2015) e all'Albania, Bosnia, Croazia e Montenegro (in data 18/11/2015) con richiesta di esprimere il proprio interesse a partecipare alla consultazione transfrontaliera. L'Austria, la Slovenia e Malta hanno manifestato il proprio interesse a partecipare. Il Ministero degli Affari Esteri e della Cooperazione Internazionale ha comunicato l'avvio delle consultazioni transfrontaliere all'Austria (02/02/2016), a Malta (01/02/2016) ed alla Slovenia (29/01/2016) invitando a trasmettere le proprie osservazioni entro 60 giorni. La Bosnia-Erzegovina ha manifestato il proprio interesse a partecipare il 17/02/2016. |
