Description: The project involves the construction of a regulation plant with total capacity of 570 MWe. The lower tank, consisting of the artificial reservoir of Campolattaro, will be connected via a system of tunnels and wells in pressure to the storage tank upstream consisting of a natural depression of 7 million m3 capacity. The plant will be connected to the 380 kV powerline line Benevento II - Foggia through the implementation of an overhead power line with a total length of about 23 km and two power stations in Pontelandolfo and Benevento.
