Notes:	A seguito della riperimetrazione dell'area del permesso di ricerca d 74 F.R.-SH in adeguamento alle previsioni di cui al comma 239, art. 1 della Legge 208/2015, la società Shell Italia E&P S.p.A ha comunicato di non essere interessata al proseguimento del procedimento autorizzativo presso il Ministero dello Sviluppo Economico, che ha provveduto all'archiviazione dell'istanza, di conseguenza la DVA ha comunicato agli interessati (nota DVA-2016-9497 del 08/04/2016) che il DM-0000213 del 13/10/2015 deve considerarsi non più esplicativo dei suoi effetti. Il Parere n.1671 del 05/12/2014 sostituisce il quadro prescrittivo del Parere n.1385 del 29/11/2013.
