Transboundary consultations:	Il Ministero degli Affari Esteri e della Cooperazione Internazionale ha notificato l'avvio della procedura di VAS ai sensi del Protocollo VAS alla Convenzione di Espoo alla Slovenia (in data 18/05/2016) alla Francia (in data 20/05/2016), alla Slovacchia (23/05/2016), all'Austria, alla Germania, ai Paesi Bassi, al Regno Unito, alla Svezia ed alla Svizzera (in data 25/05/2016) con richiesta di esprimere il proprio interesse a partecipare alla consultazione transfrontaliera. La Francia, l'Austria, il Regno Unito, la Svizzera, la Germania e la Svezia hanno manifestato il proprio interesse a partecipare. Il Ministero degli Affari Esteri e della Cooperazione Internazionale ha comunicato l'avvio delle consultazioni transfrontaliere all'Austria, alla Gran Bretagna ed Irlanda del Nord, alla Svezia ed alla Svizzera in data 24/07/2017 ed alla Francia in data 25/07/2017 invitando a trasmettere le proprie osservazioni entro 60 giorni. Sono pervenute le osservazioni della Repubblica federale di Germania in data 06/09/2017, della Confederazione Svizzera in data 11/09/2017. della Repubblica di Francia in data 19/09/2017 e della Repubblica di Austria in data 06/10/2017.
