Costruzione ed esercizio di un impianto di produzione di energia elettrica da fonte eolica onshore denominato "Serra Joni" e relative opere di connessione alla RTN, previsto nei Comuni di Ussassai (NU), Esterzili (SU) e Escalaplano (SU), avente potenza massima pari a 49 MW, integrato con un sistema di accumulo di potenza massima pari a 15 MW, per una potenza totale in immissione di 64 MW
