Notes:	La documentazione AIA è disponibile nella sezione AIA del portale MATTM (vedi sito web di interesse). Con l'entrata in vigore dell'art.35 della Legge n.134/2012 è stata riavviata in data 22/11/2012 la procedura di VIA ed è stato successivamente espresso parere positivo con prescrizioni n.1154 del 25/01/2013 dalla Commissione Tecnica di Verifica dell'Impatto Ambientale. A seguito del parere inviato dalla regione Abruzzo in data 04/03/2013 la Commissione ha svolto un supplemento istruttorio conclusosi con il parere n.1192 del 03/04/2013 che conferma il precedente parere espresso in data 25/01/2013 e precisa il quadro prescrittivo in merito alle autorizzazioni alle emissioni in atmosfera.
