Progetto per l'installazione di un impianto eolico costituito da 14 aerogeneratori di potenza unitaria pari a 6,6 MW per una potenza complessiva pari a 92,4 MW, da localizzarsi nel territorio comunale di Sassari (SS), e dalle relative opere di connessioni per il collegamento alla RTN attraverso la futura stazione elettrica SE di smistamento "Porto Torres 2" in realizzazione nel Comune di Porto Torres (SS).
