The Ministry of the Environment, under the SEA procedure carried out by the Region of Puglia on the regional hunting Plan, has submitted to the regional competent Authority, its comments on the SEA Report in accordance with article 14 of Legislative Decree n.152/2006.

The new release of the Environmental Assessments SEA – EIA Portal, complemented by IPPC permitting procedures under the State competences, is online from the 24 July 2018. The new SEA-EIA-IPPC Portal represents the single point of access to all environmental assessments and authorizations state procedures regarding plans, programmes, projects and installations regulated by the Second Part of the Legislative Decree n. 152/2006.

The Ministry of the Environment, under the SEA Procedure carried out by the Region of Friuli Venezia Giulia on the regional management plan for the Natura 2000 site IT 33220037 - Laguna di Marano e Grado, has submitted to the regional competent Authority, its comments on the SEA Report in accordance with article 14 of Legislative Decree n.152/2006.

The Ministerial Decree no. 118 adopting the “Regulation laying down the definition of the minimum contents and forms of the reports related to the assessment, contestation and notification of the procedures referred to in Article 29 of Legislative Decree 152/2006 as amended by art. 18 of Legislative Decree 104/ 2017” has been issued on the 28th of March 2018.

Public consultation on SEA Directive 2001/42/EC
On the 23rd April 2018 the Commission has launched a public consultation in the framework of the ongoing evaluation of the SEA Directive that will be opened until the 23th July 2018.
