Progetto per la realizzazione di un impianto per la produzione di energia elettrica da fonte eolica di potenza complessiva pari a 42 MW, costituito da 7 aerogeneratori della potenza unitaria pari a 6 MW, denominato "Marmilla", comprensivo delle relative opere connesse ed infrastrutture indispensabili da realizzare nei Comuni di Villanovaforru, Sardara, Sanluri e Furtei (SU).
