On 18 June 2015, the Italian Ministry of Environment, as provided for by Directive 2001/42/EC and SEA Protocol to the Espoo Convention on environmental impact assessment in a transboundary context, submitted its comments to the Republic of Slovenia regarding the Transport development strategy of the Republic of Slovenia together with the comments of Public Authorities and other subjects.

By letters dated 14 January 2015 and 18 February 2015, Italy has shown to the Republic of Croatia interest in participating in the SEA procedure of the "Framework Plan and Programme for Exploration and Production of Hydrocarbons in the Adriatic", as provided for by Directive 2001/42/EC and SEA Protocol to the Espoo Convention on environmental impact assessment in a transboundary context (signed in Kiev in 2003).

By letter dated 14 January 2015 the French Prefet of the Region Rodano-Alpi is going to perform the public transboundary consultation “Flood risk Management Plan of Rodano- Mediterranean Basin” as provided for by SEA Protocol to the Espoo Convention on environmental impact assessment in a transboundary context.
